Before you jump into conclusions and say that students love shortcuts, remember the ‘term’ student here is very general. It can refer to a teacher doing her masters, a lecturer doing his PhD or a nurse taking evening classes.

And what do you expect students to do?

On the other hand, students submit their originally written assignment and loose their scholarship because of low grades. Others loose the chance to intern at the blue chip company. The numbers added up but explaining them was a nightmare.

Be your own judge and remember nothing is new under the sun. Someone saw a need-gap, he/she filled it and it has become and industry. Somehow, children need food, wives need jewelry and husbands need their toys.
